I’m thrilled that you’ve chose to learn a little about me, and trust that my voyage through rapid and healthy weight-loss will assist you in finding what you’re looking for.

Everybody has their unique reasons for attempting to slim down, but what we all have in common is that we attach great feelings to reaching our goals.  I’ve achieved my initial main objective, and I’ll tell you… it feels remarkable!  And there’s without a doubt in my mind that one day soon you can also experience the freedom that accompanies hitting your rapid weight-loss goals.

My name’s Trey, I’m a 36-year old male and for at least a dozen years after getting married, I had been slowly adding about 10 pounds per year.  While that is a compliment to my wifes cooking, it is not all that flattering on a personal level.

Naturally, this had an impact on my self-confidence.  Till fairly recently, I’ve constantly been fearful of social situations, oftentimes even deciding not to get out simply because I look fat – to the level where I had to either see a counselor or… well… lose some body fat!).

As a real estate agent, appearance is somewhat important.  Even if I wasn’t in such a position, I started noticing other large people in the department store or grocery.  Mostly people larger then myself were catching my eye. I knew that if I did not get my weight under control I was heading to bigger stretchy pats every year. (let alone the diabetes, heart and other health risks.  I guess the deciding point was when my fellow sales agents started pointing out that I was getting bigger.  Little did they know that I had been quite aware of this for some time and was just not able to put my finger on a program that worked for me… AND IT WASN’T FOR A LACK OF TRYING!

So Trey, why did you make a Burn The Fat Review site?

I’ve studied A lot of fat burning products and solutions and tried lots of different fat loss strategies.  Some of these programs I’ve got to say, are selling a lot more than Tom Venuto’s Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle ebook, but why?  I purchased these products myself and concluded they’re filled with worthless junk – that the reason they’re selling good is on account of all the hoopla and lies on their sales page.

With all the expertise that I’ve gained over more than a decade of studying about fat loss as well as a decade’s worth of failures, I discovered from his claims and practices, that Tom Venuto genuinely is the trustworthy author he claims to be.  A bodybuilder without hype and loaded with claims that he really can deliver on.

I began to follow Tom’s system about a year ago and in just three months of some minimal adjustments to my life-style, I’ve lost weigh a lot faster then I’ve been putting them on in recent years.

Tom will explain to you in his book that the path through weight loss to freedom isn’t effortless, but I will tell you that it truly is!  After just a little initial effort and adjusting, all of the transformations you make to the way you eat and workout grow to be second nature.  And you feel great not merely because you’re at long last losing that belly fat, but also because you find yourself constantly full of energy – never ever hungry and in no way burdened with the guilt of feeling too full right after a meal.  Following the guidance in this book will alter your life in such a way which you will never look back.

As to why I put this site up???  In short… I am a firm believer that the body has the built in power to take care of it’s self if allowed to.  Diet pills and prescriptions will never replace the bodies natural ability.  The only drawback that “Burn The Fat – Feed The Muscle” has is that it requires people to learn a little something about themselves.  I just get frustrated when people do not think for them selves and listen to hype – running from one program to the other. Stop being blinded by flashy commercials and outlandish claims.

 

I said all that to say this….

 

It wasn’t until I learned that everyone needs to cater a diet to there own bodies needs that I started to see results. In the end, it wasn’t a matter of NOT eating or cutting foods I liked from my diet, but it was a balancing act that turned into a lifestyle change that made all the difference in the world!
